During the last release, PPP released a limited-release stamp set, Birdie Notes, featuring an adorable little chick. Well great news, this mini-set is now available for purchase and there's a full-size set too!

For my second card, I combined the Rainy Days and Holiday Pals stamp sets to create a sweet encouragement card. I framed the scene using one of the new Scallop Oval dies. I ink blended the background using Iced Spruce, Faded Jeans and Peacock Feathers distress inks. I die cut the clouds from vellum using the cloud dies from the Rainy Days coordinating die set. The sun die is from the Spring Showers set and I colored it using Squeezed Lemonade and Mustard Seed distress inks. I white heat embossed the sentiment onto a strip of black cardstock I die cut using a stitched banner die. To give the cardbase some added interest, I used a dotted lattice embossing folder. And to finish the card, I added 4mm and 6mm Sea Breeze sequins.
